Shipping questions
What happens after I place my order?
Once you have placed your order, keep an eye on your email inbox. We will email you a confirmation email to let you know we have received your order. Once your item has been shipped you will receive another email with tracking information. We aim to fill all orders within 2 business days.
My shipping information is incorrect, how do I fix this?
Email hello@blondi.com.au update your details, however if your item has already been shipped for the fastest response, please contact the appropriate courier service to advise them of your address change.
Please note Blondi Label will not be held responsible for lost parcels due to incomplete address information.
My order hasn’t arrived, what do I do?
Delays with our courier can sometimes occur, so we ask that you allow 14 business days for your parcel to arrive. Your shipping confirmation email will contain tracking details so you can see where your parcel is.
Returns questions
What is your return/refund policy?
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return/exchange.

Please ensure your return meets the following criteria:
1 – Items are unworn/unwashed and in resalable condition;
2 – In the original packaging with tags;
3 – Adequately packaged for transit; and
4 – Return label clearly displayed on parcel.
